Yes. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your rental. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of your event. Your deposit is applied toward your total. If you need to cancel due to weather, see our Rain Policy below.

We accept all major credit cards. Payment is processed securely online. For schools, townships, and nonprofit organizations, special arrangements can be made — just contact our team!

We understand that weather can change quickly. If you need to cancel due to weather, your payment (excluding deposit) will be issued as a rain check, valid for 12 months from your original event date.

To reschedule or cancel due to weather, we ask that you notify us at least 72 hours before your event.

If your original rental is unavailable on your new date, we’ll provide a similar or upgraded unit at no extra cost.

We reserve the right to cancel setup if weather conditions are unsafe (heavy rain, wind, storms). If we cancel due to safety reasons before delivery, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.

If you cancel for reasons other than weather, your 20% deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance (if paid) may be credited toward a future event within 12 months, based on availability.

Yes. You’ll need access to a water spigot and a hose long enough to reach the setup area. We provide one 25 ft hose with each water slide rental. If more is needed, you may supply your own or request to rent an additional hose from us in advance.

Only if it’s a water-approved inflatable. Standard bounce houses are designed for dry use only. We offer a variety of water slides and wet inflatables that are perfect for summer parties. A 25-foot hose is provided with all water units — if your faucet is farther away, please have an additional hose ready.

Not at all! We can set up on grass, concrete, asphalt, turf, or even indoors. Let us know your setup surface when booking so we can bring the correct anchoring system (stakes for grass, sandbags for hard surfaces).

Absolutely. All of our inflatables are made from 100% lead-free vinyl. We follow strict safety guidelines for all products, and we never compromise when it comes to protecting your guests.

Yes. Our inflatables can be set up on grass, asphalt, concrete, turf, or indoors. Please let us know your surface type at booking so we can bring the appropriate anchoring (stakes or sandbags).

Inflatables can be supervised by an adult (16+) provided by you, or you can request one of our trained attendants for an additional fee. We’ll train your designated adult at delivery if you’re handling supervision yourself.

Our delivery schedule depends on the day’s route and number of events. In most cases, we arrive 1 to 3 hours before your event starts. Our earliest deliveries begin at 8:00 AM.

You’ll receive a text message the day before your event with a 1-hour window for both delivery and pickup.

If you selected Same Day Delivery, your equipment will arrive on the day of your event.
If you selected Flexible Delivery, your rental may arrive up to 24–48 hours in advance — giving you bonus playtime at no extra charge! This early drop-off does not affect your actual rental time.
